β-NMR study of wide gap semiconductor ZnO and In-Ga-Zn-O

    This project, as conducted in M1828 aims for an industrial application of 8Li beam in characterization of working wide-gap semiconductor In-Ga-Zn-O, which is already in use in TV monitors, smart phones and large organic LED displays.
    As the first step, prototypical wide-gap semiconductor ZnO is characterized by 8Li, and then In-Ga-Zn-O single crystal will be characterized by the same probe.
More conventinal projects of magnetism or superconductivity are being planned.
